Each stage is designed to support your production while giving you a clear understanding of what you pay and when your costs change.
A 100% commission model with a one-time $250 onboarding fee and a $995 transaction fee, capped after 10 closed transactions each year. The cap resets each anniversary year. Lease transactions are $150 each.
After capping, you enter a higher-level tier designed to reward strong production with increased financial efficiency. Your costs drop to a simple compliance review fee on each file.
Agents can earn additional income by referring new agents to the brokerage. As your referrals close transactions, you benefit financially.
Errors and omissions insurance is provided for sponsored agents at a cost of $50 per month.
Agents are allowed to offer buyer rebates with advance broker approval.
